Role Summary
ZS Associates is hiring a Senior ERP Engineer for its Enterprise Applications team in Pune. In this role, you will provide production application support for the SAP FICO module within targeted SLAs. You will configure and maintain SAP FI/CO modules, work on custom WRICEF object developments, troubleshoot ticket resolutions, collaborate with global cross-functional business teams, and partner with vendor teams to deliver best-in-class technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Support & SLA Management: Provide application support for the SAP FICO module, ensuring tickets and service requests are promptly responded to, resolved, tested, and closed within defined SLAs.
- Module Configuration & Maintenance: Configure and maintain SAP FICO modules (General Ledger, Controlling, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, Banking) and manage integration points with peripheral systems.
- Custom Developments (WRICEF): Design, test, and support custom WRICEF objects (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) to meet business requirements.
- Cross-Functional & Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Finance, IT, HR) and external vendor development teams to design technical solutions and present status updates.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or related computer discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FI/CO, with mandatory experience working in an SAP production support role.
- Mandatory Technical Expertise: Functional configuration in General Ledger (FI-GL), Controlling (CO), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting (AA), Banking, and custom WRICEF object developments.
- Preferred Credentials: SAP FICO Certification, exposure to SAP Project Systems, and hands-on experience with ticketing/project tools like JIRA or ServiceNow.
- Core Competencies: Client-first mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and fluency in English.
