Role Summary
Zensar Technologies is hiring a ServiceNow IRM Senior Engineer to join its digital transformation team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design, development, configuration, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC) solutions. Operating within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), you will collaborate with architects, product owners, and release train engineers to deliver scalable enterprise risk and compliance modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Development & Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain technical implementation specifications and ServiceNow IRM module configurations.
- Agile & SAFe Delivery: Participate in SAFe release trains and daily scrum ceremonies using Rally, estimating user stories and refining product backlogs.
- Code Quality & Reviews: Write clean JavaScript utilities, execute regular code builds, and perform peer code reviews to ensure platform stability.
- Testing & Deployment: Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT); align configuration scripts with test automation strategies for seamless production deployment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product owners and agile champions to provide technical insights that drive clean platform design and shared success.
Key Qualifications
- Experience: 6 to 9 years of overall IT systems analysis and software programming experience.
- Agile Depth: 3+ years of dedicated Agile experience with hands-on exposure to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- ServiceNow Certification: Holds ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or related module certifications.
- Technical Skills: Strong command of JavaScript utility development, ServiceNow platform scripting, and conceptual architecture design.
- Preferred Exposure: Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ServiceNow Now Assist, or Generative AI integrations.
