Role Summary
YASH Technologies is hiring a UI Specialist - ReactJS for its engineering team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will convert UI/UX wireframes and mockups into high-quality, responsive web interfaces using ReactJS, Redux Toolkit, and TypeScript. You will write unit tests using Jest, integrate RESTful APIs with backend services, build reusable UI components, and optimize application performance across devices.
Key Responsibilities
- UI Development & Architecture: Convert UI/UX design wireframes into responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces using ReactJS, React Hooks, TypeScript, and Redux Toolkit.
- API Integration & Performance: Partner with backend teams to integrate REST APIs and microservices while optimizing frontend components for maximum rendering speed and cross-device accessibility.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Author and maintain unit test suites using Jest, participate in peer code reviews, and follow enterprise design patterns and code quality guidelines.
- Build & Release Operations: Manage version control via Git and support build pipelines to deliver continuous UI improvements in an Agile environment.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in frontend web development specializing in ReactJS.
- Mandatory Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in React fundamentals, React Hooks, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, REST API integration, component design architecture, routing, Jest unit testing, and Git operations.
- Preferred Technical Exposure: Experience with React Query, GraphQL, Micro Frontends, modern Design Systems, Node.js fundamentals, and Cloud/DevOps integration.
- Core Competencies: High attention to UX details, strong debugging abilities, performance optimization awareness, and collaborative team communication.
