Role Summary
Xeo Software is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to build and deploy practical AI agents using established frameworks and technologies. This is an implementation-focused role involving AI agent development, LLM integration, RAG pipelines, business system integration, workflow automation, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Agent Development: Develop and deploy AI agents using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
- LLM Integration: Configure and optimize off-the-shelf LLMs from OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source models for specific business tasks.
- RAG Pipelines: Design and implement retrieval-augmented generation pipelines using embeddings and vector databases.
- System Integration: Integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases, CRMs, and other business software.
- Workflow Automation: Build automated workflows that combine AI capabilities with existing business processes.
- Application Integration: Collaborate with software engineering teams to embed AI agents into larger applications.
- Solution Evaluation: Evaluate existing AI tools and technologies and select appropriate solutions based on business requirements.
- Production Support: Provide technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and updates for deployed AI solutions.
- AI Engineering Practices: Contribute to establishing practical and scalable development practices for AI agent implementations.
Key Qualifications
- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience with strong practical software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience developing production-oriented software solutions.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
- Strong understanding of APIs, databases, system integration, and business application integration.
- Knowledge of LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Experience developing AI agents and integrating them with business workflows.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus is advantageous.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is preferred.
- Experience with business automation, workflow tools, or production software support is advantageous.
