Role Summary
Wissen Technology is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer with 5.5–7.5 years of experience to develop scalable enterprise solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and React. The role also focuses on building production-grade Agentic AI systems, multi-agent workflows, and LLM-powered autonomous capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Backend Architecture: Lead the technical design and development of scalable distributed microservices and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Frontend Development: Establish frontend engineering practices around React, component reusability, state management, and performance optimization.
- Agentic AI: Architect and deploy production-grade Agentic AI frameworks, multi-agent networks, and intelligent orchestration workflows.
- LLM Engineering: Implement LLM memory management, custom tool calling, and multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as CrewAI, LangGraph, and AutoGen.
- System Architecture: Design secure, scalable, and distributed enterprise systems aligned with product and business requirements.
- Database Engineering: Design database schemas across SQL and NoSQL platforms and optimize distributed queries.
- Containerization: Work with DevOps teams to manage containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior and mid-level developers, conduct code reviews, and establish engineering standards.
- Agile Engineering: Champion Agile development practices and contribute to continuous engineering improvements.
Key Qualifications
- Experience: 5.5–7.5 years of professional software development experience.
- Education: MCA, B.E., B.Tech, or M.Tech qualification.
- Java: Strong production experience with Java 11/17 or later versions.
- Backend: Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Frontend: Strong hands-on experience with React and modern frontend development practices.
- Agentic AI: Practical experience engineering Agentic AI workflows, multi-agent systems, LLM orchestration, memory management, and custom tool calling.
- AI Frameworks: Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as CrewAI, LangGraph, or AutoGen.
- Databases: Experience designing SQL/NoSQL database schemas and optimizing distributed queries.
- Infrastructure: Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerized application deployments.
