Role Purpose
Wipro is seeking a Technical Lead L1 in Pune to facilitate enterprise application solutions by developing and reviewing module-level code, creating reusable replication patterns, performing root cause analysis on technical issues, and collaborating across internal and external stakeholders to ensure stable, well-documented deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Participate in capturing functional and non-functional requirements for assigned modules, ensuring clear documentation of process linkages and dependencies.
- Solution Design: Facilitate the creation of application solution architectures under the guidance of the Project Manager, aligning with technical standards and business goals.
- Coding & Quality Governance: Conduct thorough code reviews, resolve technical queries for the engineering team, create consistent replication patterns, and maintain code quality standards.
- Troubleshooting & Optimization: Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) to isolate recurring technical issues, modify software code, improve system performance, and upgrade application interfaces.
- Implementation & Deployment: Validate system configurations, facilitate module integrations, and manage cross-component dependencies during release cycles.
- Documentation & Support: Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, user training materials, and transition frameworks to ensure smooth application adoption.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 5 to 8 years of hands-on software development and technical leadership experience.
- Mandatory Skills: Advanced proficiency in JAX-RS (Java API for RESTful Web Services) and core Java backend architectures.
- Solid experience handling the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and mentoring junior developers.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
