Role Summary
Wipro is hiring a BUSINESS ANALYST L4 for its Pune center. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between clients and the Wipro delivery team. You will gather, detail, and analyze functional/non-functional requirements from RFPs/RFIs, construct workflow charts, apply data modeling practices, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) demos, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering & RFP Response: Interface with client engagement partners and internal pre-sales/tech teams to construct workflow diagrams, write functional specifications, and articulate responses to RFPs and RFIs.
- Delivery Team Collaboration: Review test cases for 100% requirement coverage, execute Integration and UAT testing, deploy change requests, and perform root cause analysis before solution demos.
- Project Planning & Client Cadence: Assist Project Managers in defining milestones and phases, drive weekly customer cadences, demonstrate prototypes, and communicate the financial and operational impacts of project scope changes.
- Domain Expertise & Knowledge Management: Author domain whitepapers/PoVs, create reusable proposal assets, develop account use cases, and conduct continuous market research to enhance solution offerings.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 to 8 years of core experience in business analysis, requirement engineering, and consulting workflows.
- Mandatory Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Business Analysis, requirement management, data modeling techniques, workflow charting, UAT/Integration testing oversight, and RFP/RFI proposal stitching.
- Core Competencies: Excellent stakeholder management, analytical problem-solving, financial/operational impact analysis, and strong presentation skills.
