Role Summary
Unisys is hiring a Sr Eng MDM_Intune for its technology delivery center in Bengaluru, Karnataka. In this senior endpoint engineering role, you will design, deploy, and support enterprise device management, software distribution, patch management, and security compliance policies for Windows, iOS, and Android endpoints using Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM).
Key Responsibilities
- Intune Infrastructure & Device Management: Configure and manage Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Entra ID (Azure AD) integrations for automated zero-touch device enrollment, compliance policies, and configuration profiles.
- Software Distribution & Patching: Package and deploy enterprise applications (Win32/mobile) via Intune, orchestrate OS patch management schedules, and configure Conditional Access policies.
- Automation & Scripting: Write PowerShell scripts and leverage Microsoft Graph API and Azure CLI to automate deployment routines, custom compliance checks, and administrative tasks.
- Troubleshooting & Incident Management: Lead client-side troubleshooting for deployment failures, device enrollment issues, and security updates while following ITIL Incident and Change Management processes.
Key Qualifications
- Education: BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Experience: 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager administration.
- Mandatory Technical Stack: Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and PowerShell scripting.
- Preferred Exposure: Microsoft Graph API, Azure CLI, Microsoft Win32 App Packaging Tool, and advanced Conditional Access policies.
