Role Summary
Unisys is hiring a ServiceNow ATF QA Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience for its engineering centers in Bengaluru and Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for quality assurance across ServiceNow platform applications, designing automated test scripts using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), executing test plans, and investigating defects across the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Test Design & Execution: Review client requirements and functional specifications to build, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- ServiceNow ATF Automation: Develop automated functional test scripts using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) to ensure platform scalability and quality.
- Issue Investigation & Triage: Troubleshoot, investigate, and triage bugs and application defects, communicating root-cause analysis and actionable insights to development teams.
- Mentorship & Continuous Improvement: Mentor junior QA team members, estimate testing efforts and timelines, and drive quality improvement initiatives across projects.
Key Qualifications
- Education: BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Experience: 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Software QA Engineering with proven ServiceNow platform testing expertise.
- Mandatory Technical Skills: ServiceNow application testing, QA test planning, test case development, and defect management.
- Preferred Credentials: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
