Role Summary
Tieto is hiring a Senior Software Engineer - Tieto Caretech for its healthcare software business in Pune. Operating under a hybrid work model, you will lead end-to-end full-stack feature development for modular, interoperable health and social care solutions across Nordic markets. You will build frontend web interfaces using Angular and backend microservices using C#/.NET Core, design relational databases, execute unit tests, and integrate containerized applications onto Kubernetes platforms within an Agile Scrum team.
Key Responsibilities
- Full Stack Development: Design, build, and deploy web interfaces using Angular (TypeScript/HTML5/CSS3) and backend microservices using C# and .NET Core.
- Database & API Design: Develop structured SQL database queries, RESTful APIs, and microservice architectures following object-oriented design principles.
- Quality & DevOps Engineering: Write unit tests, enforce clean code standards, implement non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability), and assist containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Technical Leadership & Collaboration: Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams to deliver feature enhancements, mentor junior developers, and contribute to framework-level architectural decisions.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 4 to 8 years of hands-on software development experience across full-stack web architectures.
- Mandatory Technical Stack: Angular, TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3, C#, .NET, .NET Core, RESTful APIs, SQL relational databases, OOP design patterns, and unit testing frameworks.
- Preferred Technical Exposure: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, microservices architecture, GitHub Copilot / AI coding tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Healthcare domain knowledge.
- Core Soft Skills: Strong technical leadership, customer-centric mindset, independent task ownership, and continuous engineering improvement.
