Payroll Executive – CSG | Staffing

Role Summary

TeamLease Services is hiring a Payroll Executive – CSG | Staffing to join its Payroll Operations team. Acting as an anchor for PayOps, you will oversee the monthly end-to-end salary processing for associate workforces across multiple client accounts. You will manage attendance data collection, generate client invoices, handle employee lifecycle documentation, and resolve client/payroll queries strictly within SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

• Salary Processing: Ensure accurate and timely monthly salary calculations and disbursements for associate employees across diverse client portfolios.
• Invoicing & Attendance Collection: Collect, verify, and consolidate monthly attendance data from client contacts or onsite leads; facilitate timely billing invoice generation.
• Full & Final Settlements: Execute complete Full & Final (F&F) settlement processing and handle recovery calculations.
• HR Documentation: Issue official documentation including Experience, Relieving, Warning, Termination, and Recovery letters.
• Client Query Management: Address and resolve client and associate payroll inquiries within defined Turnaround Time (TAT) guidelines.

Key Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree (Graduation in any stream).
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Payroll Operations, PayOps, or Staffing Payroll processing.
• Technical Proficiency: High command of MS Excel, Google Sheets, Gmail, MS Word, and PowerPoint presentation tools.
• Core Competencies: Strong analytical problem-solving skills, good verbal and written communication, and the ability to meet tight deadline schedules in a fast-paced environment.
