Role Summary
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst in Bengaluru with 4–14 years of experience. The role involves analyzing business requirements, optimizing processes, supporting Salesforce configurations, coordinating UAT, and working with business and technical teams to deliver Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Analysis: Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for Salesforce implementations.
- Process Optimization: Design and optimize business processes while identifying automation opportunities using Salesforce-native capabilities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Salesforce Configuration: Support Salesforce configurations including page layouts, validation rules, record types, assignment rules, and other platform enhancements.
- UAT & Go-Live: Lead UAT activities, manage defect tracking, coordinate business sign-offs, and support go-live readiness.
- Training & Adoption: Develop training materials, conduct end-user training, support change management initiatives, and drive user adoption.
Key Qualifications
- Experience: 4–14 years of relevant experience.
- Education: Bachelor of Technology.
- Salesforce: Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and Salesforce implementations.
- Business Analysis: Strong experience in requirements gathering, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Testing: Experience leading UAT, defect tracking, business sign-offs, and go-live readiness.
