IT Infrastructure Services Specialist (Walk-in Drive)

Role Summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is hosting a Walk-in Recruitment Drive in Hyderabad on September 26, 2026 for experienced professionals in IT Infrastructure Services. TCS is recruiting candidate profiles across key skills including ServiceNow, DevOps, SQL, and Service Desk. Candidates will manage enterprise IT infrastructure, technical support operations, database management, and cloud/automated deployment workflows.

Key Skill-Wise Experience Requirements

• ServiceNow Professionals: 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, administration, or ITSM modules.
• DevOps Engineers: 4 to 8 years of experience in CI/CD automation, cloud deployment, and infrastructure orchestration.
• SQL Engineers: 3 to 6 years of experience in database querying, optimization, and administration.
• Service Desk Specialists: 2 to 4 years of experience in L1/L2 IT support, incident management, and user support.

Eligibility & Qualification Criteria

• Qualifications: B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc / M.S. (minimum 3 years post-qualification IT experience) OR B.Sc. Graduates (minimum 4+ years post-qualification IT experience). Full-time courses only.
• Academic Requirement: Minimum 50% consistent academic score from Class X onwards.
• Interview Gap: Candidates who have attended a TCS interview in the last 6 months are not eligible.
