MIS and Power BI Developer

Role Summary

Sutherland is hiring an MIS and Power BI Developer for a permanent Work at Home (WAH) position based out of Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Working as an individual contributor, you will build and maintain automated MIS reports and Power BI dashboards across Finance & Accounting (F&A) domain processes (Order Management, O2C, P2P, R2R, and FP&A). You will extract CRM data, highlight operational performance gaps, and deliver data-driven decision-making tools for management.

Key Responsibilities

• Dashboard & Report Development: Build, publish, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and MIS reports using Advanced Excel and VBA Macros.
• F&A & CRM Data Processing: Extract and transform operational and performance metrics from CRM and financial systems across O2C, P2P, R2R, Order Management, and FP&A streams.
• KPI & SLA Tracking: Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly SLA and KPI reports with quick turnaround times and high accuracy.
• Process Optimization: Identify operational performance gaps and implement automated workflows to improve overall reporting efficiency.

Key Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in MIS reporting, Power BI development, and business analytics.
• Mandatory Technical Skills: Power BI, Advanced Excel, VBA (Macros), CRM reporting tools, and SLA/KPI monitoring frameworks.
• Work Setup: Permanent Work at Home (WAH) / Remote.
