Role Summary
Speedopus India is seeking a Software Development Intern to contribute to real-world software development projects while learning modern technologies and engineering practices. The intern will work alongside experienced software engineers on coding, debugging, testing, feature development, and application development.
Key Responsibilities
- Software Development: Assist with coding and development of software applications and features.
- Debugging & Testing: Support debugging activities and test applications to identify and resolve issues.
- Feature Development: Collaborate with software engineers to develop and enhance application features.
- Agile Development: Apply agile development processes and participate in team-based software delivery.
- Code Reviews: Participate in team meetings and code review activities to understand software engineering best practices.
- Engineering Practices: Learn and apply programming, testing, and software development best practices.
- User-Centered Development: Apply user-centered design principles when contributing to application features and solutions.
Key Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a BSc or MSc program in Computer Science or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodology.
- Basic knowledge of software development, debugging, and testing concepts.
- Strong willingness to learn modern software technologies and engineering practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with software engineers and development teams.
