Role Summary
Sopra Steria is hiring a UiPath Advanced Developer Module Lead to join our Engineering and Hyperautomation practice in Noida. Operating in UK shift hours, you will lead the architecture, delivery, and governance of enterprise intelligent automation systems. You will bridge traditional Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and next-generation Artificial Intelligence by designing robust UiPath automations, implementing Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) pipelines, and building Generative AI solutions—including RAG architectures, autonomous AI agents, and custom LLM integrations across complex enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- RPA Engineering & Module Leadership: Architect, develop, and maintain attended and unattended automation bots using UiPath Studio, REFramework, and Orchestrator; enforce clean coding standards and lead peer code reviews.
- Intelligent Automation & IDP: Implement UiPath Document Understanding, AI Center pipelines, and OCR models to process unstructured enterprise documentation and automate complex business operations.
- Generative AI & Agentic Systems: Build enterprise chatbots, AI assistants, and RAG pipelines using Python, Azure OpenAI, open-source LLMs, and orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
- Enterprise System Integrations: Design and support API-led integrations connecting UiPath workflows with SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Production Stability & Triage: Conduct deep root-cause analyses on runtime exceptions, optimize bot throughput, manage automated schedules, and mentor junior automation engineers.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 4 to 6 years of solid hands-on experience in enterprise automation delivery, combining UiPath RPA with Python-based AI/ML workflows.
- Core Stack: Advanced mastery of UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, Document Understanding), Python, REST APIs, JSON/XML, SQL, Prompt Engineering, and RAG architectures.
- Shift Flexibility: Willingness and ability to work in UK business hours.
- Nice to Have: UiPath Certified Advanced Developer, Azure AI Engineer (AI-102), experience with UiPath Agent Builder, Power Platform, or Process Mining (Celonis/UiPath).
- Professional Competencies: Strong consultative mindset, client-facing communication skills, and proven ownership in delivering autonomous automation solutions.
