Role Summary
Sardonyx Technology Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an entry-level AI Engineer (Fresher) to join our software solutions team in Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu, India. In this full-time role, you will participate in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent software systems and machine learning models for real-world business applications. You will conduct exploratory data analysis on large datasets, execute feature engineering and preprocessing pipelines, train statistical and ML algorithms using Python, and support the integration of AI-driven capabilities into enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Model Training & Experimentation: Train, evaluate, and fine-tune machine learning and statistical models using standard algorithms (classification, regression, clustering) with Scikit-learn.
- Data Analysis & Preprocessing: Clean, transform, and preprocess structured and unstructured data using NumPy and Pandas to prepare quality training and evaluation datasets.
- AI Solution Integration: Assist software development squads in integrating machine learning models and AI functionalities into production client applications.
- Exploration & Prototyping: Prototype basic deep learning workflows (using TensorFlow or PyTorch) across domains such as Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Documentation & Experiment Tracking: Document model development workflows, technical code, and experimental results within Jupyter Notebook and Google Colab environments.
Key Qualifications
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Artificial Intelligence & Data Science, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence from a recognized university.
- Academic Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 70% in 10th Standard
- Minimum 65% in 12th Standard
- Minimum 60% aggregate in B.E. / B.Tech degree
- Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers with hands-on academic projects, internships, or capstone projects in AI/ML are encouraged to apply).
- Core Technical Skills: Solid programming fundamentals in Python; working knowledge of NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn; hands-on familiarity with Jupyter Notebook or Google Colab.
- Key Concepts: Supervised/unsupervised learning fundamentals, feature scaling, model evaluation metrics, and basic Deep Learning concepts.
- Preferred Capabilities: Foundational exposure to TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, or basic NLP libraries (NLTK, spaCy).
