Role Summary
Sanofi is seeking a Senior Analyst – Medical Analytics to develop and manage analytics solutions, dashboards, applications, and automated tools supporting global Medical Analytics operations. The role focuses on data quality, governance, project delivery, process automation, and leveraging technologies such as Power BI, Power Apps, Python, SQL, Snowflake, and Advanced Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Analytics Solutions: Develop and maintain dashboards, applications, analytical tools, and automated solutions according to business requirements.
- Data Analytics: Analyze large datasets, identify data abnormalities, maintain data consistency, and deliver accurate analytical reports.
- Power Platform: Build and manage solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, and other analytical technologies.
- Process Automation: Build advanced tools and automate or optimize analytical and operational processes.
- Data Quality: Perform data quality assessments and QC activities to ensure reliable and consistent data throughout the lifecycle of dashboards and trackers.
- Governance: Establish and maintain governance frameworks, SOPs, policies, and documentation for Medical Analytics solutions.
- Project Management: Track project activities, resources, budgets, timelines, requirements, and delivery across multiple initiatives.
- Access Management: Manage application access and ensure appropriate controls are maintained for IT solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with global and local teams to understand requirements and deliver analytics and IT solutions within agreed timelines.
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate new tools and technologies to improve solution performance, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience working with analytical tools and data-driven solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Python, SQL, Snowflake, and Advanced Excel.
- Experience developing and managing applications, dashboards, automated solutions, and analytical reports.
- Experience working with large datasets and performing data quality assessment and validation.
- Experience with project management, planning, solution design, documentation, and managing multiple projects.
- Experience developing SOPs and supporting governance, audit readiness, and compliance activities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Pharma, or a related field.
- Strong English communication skills and experience working with global teams.
