Role Summary
Salesforce is hiring a Salesforce Project Manager - Marketing Cloud for its Customer Success Group in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Operating as an individual contributor, you will own the end-to-end delivery of complex global Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud) using Agile frameworks and modern AI-enabled delivery practices. You will drive project governance, manage financials and margins, align executive stakeholders, and lead cross-functional delivery teams across complex digital transformation and cloud migration initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Project & Financial Management: Lead full Salesforce delivery lifecycles, managing scope, timelines, resource allocation, and project budgets while protecting Sold vs. Delivered profit margins.
- Agile Delivery Leadership: Enforce Agile frameworks (Scrum/SAFe) to drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, delivery predictability, and cross-functional team execution.
- Governance & Executive Alignment: Establish project governance standards, conduct risk assessments, lead steering committee reviews, and maintain clear communications with global executive stakeholders.
- Cloud Migration & Technical Coordination: Oversee enterprise migration programs where Salesforce platforms act as source or target, collaborating closely with Solutions Architects and Technical Leads.
- AI-Driven Delivery Optimization: Champion AI-enabled delivery tools and agentic workflows to increase project velocity, optimize delivery cycles, and improve overall operational quality.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline.
- Overall Experience: 10+ years of total IT experience, including 5+ years dedicated to leading Salesforce implementation programs across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
- Certifications (Mandatory):
- Salesforce Certified Consultant (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud Consultant).
- Project / Agile Management Certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, PRINCE2, CSM, or PSM).
- Tooling & Frameworks: Hands-on proficiency with JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), MS Project, or Smartsheets, alongside exposure to AI-assisted delivery tools (Gemini, NotebookLM).
- Global Readiness: Timezone flexibility to align with global customers and willingness to travel as required.
