In this regional HR shared services role, you will deliver comprehensive payroll support and case resolution for Salesforce employees across India, Australia, Singapore, and the wider APAC region. • System & Platform Operations: Utilize Workday HCM to manage employee record changes and maintain the employee self-service knowledge base to increase self-resolution rates.
  • Compliance & Audit Support: Execute year-end payroll processing, calculate statutory contributions (Australia Superannuation, Singapore CPF, India Tax/PF), and assist with internal/external payroll audits.
  • AI & Automation Initiatives: Leverage an AI-first mindset to identify workflow friction points, participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for AI-driven HR platforms, and streamline service delivery.

  • Payroll Expertise: Solid operational understanding of regional statutory deductions, multi-country tax regulations, statutory compliance (CPF, Superannuation), and vendor collaboration with ADP.
  • Soft Skills: Strong empathetic communication skills, high degree of discretion handling confidential data, and acute problem-solving instincts under tight timelines.
  • Company/Domain Fit: Experience within a fast-paced, multinational corporate HR shared services center with exposure to AI automation tools is highly preferred.
