Role Summary
Rubrik is hiring an ENG Project/ Program - Intern for its engineering team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. In this technical program management internship, you will assist in orchestrating On-Premise and SaaS product delivery across Rubrik's engineering portfolio, defining project milestones, building reporting dashboards, managing cross-functional risk mitigation, and driving process automation across the product lifecycle.
Eligibility Criteria
- Batch / Graduation Year: 2027 graduates only.
- Degree & Stream: Pursuing B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Circuital branches (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, ECE, EEE, etc.).
- Academic Requirement: Minimum CGPA of 8.0 and above.
- Internship Duration: Must be available onsite at the Bangalore office from January 2027 to May 2027 (No remote options).
Key Responsibilities
- Program Planning & Execution: Assist in defining program scopes, timelines, goals, and success metrics; build project tracking dashboards and KPI reports.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Support leaders to manage deliverables, align schedules, and conduct operational meetings.
- Risk Management & Process Improvement: Identify delivery bottlenecks, track risk mitigation strategies, and recommend automation tools to optimize software development workflows.
Key Qualifications
- Core Skills: Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile frameworks, exceptional analytical skills, and clear technical communication abilities.
- Preferred Exposure: Familiarity with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), enterprise storage technologies, or SaaS enterprise products.
