Role Summary
Quest Global is hiring a Web Technologies – Full-stack Developer for its Semiconductor business unit in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. In this individual contributor role, you will design, build, and deploy responsive, scalable web applications and AI-driven platforms. Combining Python (Flask) backend services with React.js frontends, you will lead the technical execution of medium-to-high complexity tasks, integrating modern Generative AI, RAG architecture, vector databases, and LLM orchestration tools into production workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Stack Web Development: Design, build, and maintain end-to-end web applications using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Python (Flask).
- REST API & Backend Engineering: Architect scalable REST APIs, microservices, and SQL database schemas, ensuring efficient data modeling and external integrations.
- AI & LLM Integration: Build AI-powered features utilizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, AI agents, LangChain/LangGraph frameworks, and vector databases.
- Testing & Documentation: Perform unit testing, code verification, and technical documentation to ensure application reliability and alignment with software engineering standards.
- Individual Contribution: Drive software tasks from initial requirements analysis through deployment in alignment with customer priorities and quality metrics.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 to 8 years of software development experience specializing in Python and full-stack web applications.
- Core Technical Stack: Hands-on proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, Python, Flask, REST APIs, and SQL databases.
- AI/LLM Expertise: 2+ years of hands-on experience developing AI/LLM-powered applications, including RAG pipeline design and prompt engineering.
- Nice to Have: Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, ChromaDB, Milvus), Azure OpenAI Services, and semiconductor domain workflows.
