Role Summary
Qualcomm India Private Limited is looking for a Program Analyst to join the APSS Linux Program Management team in Hyderabad. The role provides day-to-day program management support for planning, development, execution, and delivery of software across multiple technology segments and product lines, while coordinating with cross-functional and regional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Management: Support planning, development, execution, and delivery of software programs across multiple technology segments and product lines.
- Requirements Planning: Support requirements scoping, analysis, and planning, including interdependencies, staffing requirements, and schedules across technology teams.
- Data & Reporting: Gather software activity data and generate technology vitals, reports, metrics, and charts for program stakeholders.
- Deliverable Tracking: Track project deliverables, work items, milestones, and dependencies across geographically distributed teams.
- Project Documentation: Prepare project plans, status updates, reports, and other program management documentation.
- Cross-Regional Collaboration: Coordinate with teams across regions to facilitate execution and ensure timely completion of work items.
- Operational Support: Provide operational support for hardware procurement, shipments, logistics, and related program activities.
- Technology Exposure: Support programs involving cutting-edge software and hardware technologies within the Qualcomm APSS Linux organization.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in the high-tech industry.
- Program Management: Experience supporting software program planning, execution, deliverable tracking, schedules, and status reporting.
- Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather data, develop metrics, and create reports and charts.
- MS Office: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
- Communication: Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple program activities.
