Role Summary
NTT DATA Services is seeking an experienced Power BI & Snowflake Developer / Data Analytics Engineer to join our enterprise data analytics team in Bengaluru. In this hybrid role based out of client offices (EGL / Manyata), you will architect, build, and deliver scalable enterprise business intelligence solutions and cloud data warehouses. You will build rich interactive dashboards using Power BI and DAX, engineer modern data warehousing models and transformation pipelines using Snowflake and SQL, and develop automated data validation workflows with Python.
Key Responsibilities
- BI & Dashboard Engineering: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, interactive executive dashboards and reports using Power BI, custom DAX measures, and Power Query (M).
- Snowflake Data Warehousing: Architect star and snowflake schemas, manage Snowflake database objects (tables, views, stages, streams, and tasks), and tune query performance for large datasets.
- Data Transformation & Scripting: Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and Python automation scripts for data extraction, manipulation, transformation, and automated validation.
- Data Modeling & Governance: Build scalable dimensional data models, enforce business intelligence best practices, and adhere to data visualization and usability standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex business analytics requirements into technical solutions, working in a 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM shift pattern.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 6 to 8 years of solid hands-on experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data warehouse engineering.
- Core Stack: Advanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling), Snowflake (Schema Design, Query Optimization, Streams/Tasks), SQL, and Python for data scripting.
- Notice Period & Availability: Immediate joiners or candidates with an active notice period of 0 to 3 weeks preferred.
- Professional Competencies: Strong analytical problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and the ability to operate effectively within hybrid client site delivery environments.
