Role Summary
NTT DATA Services is looking for a senior-level Engineer - Agentic AI & Automation to join our cloud engineering practice in Gurugram. In this role, you will bridge modern enterprise backend development and agentic automation. You will design and deploy scalable cloud-native architectures using C# and .NET Core on AWS, implement autonomous Agentic AI workflows (utilizing LangChain, AutoGen, or Model Context Protocol), construct resilient event-driven pipelines with AWS Lambda and SQS, and engineer robust system integrations with platforms like iLEVEL and internal enterprise workflow tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Backend & Cloud Systems Engineering: Architect, implement, and maintain high-performance, secure backend services and RESTful APIs using C# and .NET Core deployed on AWS.
- Agentic Automation & Frameworks: Integrate agentic workflow patterns and automation systems using Python and Agentic AI frameworks (such as AutoGen, LangChain, and Model Context Protocol).
- Event-Driven & Cloud Integrations: Design asynchronous, message-based architectures leveraging AWS Lambda, SQS, S3, and RDS to power real-time data flow across enterprise platforms.
- Enterprise System Connectors: Build and maintain secure integrations with portfolio monitoring platforms (such as iLEVEL) and proprietary workflow engines.
- Technical Governance & Leadership: Spearhead code reviews, author technical architecture documentation, lead production troubleshooting and root-cause analyses, and mentor junior engineers in engineering best practices.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 8+ years of dedicated software development experience with a strong focus on backend systems, enterprise integration, and cloud-native services.
- Core Stack: Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET Core, RESTful API development, AWS (Lambda, S3, SQS, RDS), event-driven architecture, and Python.
- Nice to Have: Hands-on exposure to Agentic AI orchestration (LangChain, AutoGen), Model Context Protocol (MCP), iLEVEL integrations, and financial services/investment domain systems.
- Professional Competencies: Proven architectural design capabilities, strong cross-functional communication, and proactive leadership within Agile/Scrum teams.
