Software Development Engineer

Role Summary

MountBlue is looking for motivated entry-level candidates to join its team as Software Development Engineers in Bengaluru. Selected candidates will undergo an intensive 12–13 week training program and, upon successfully completing the program requirements, transition into the Software Development Engineer role.

Key Responsibilities

• Software Development: Develop, compile, test, debug, and deploy software applications as part of a development team.
• Application Development: Develop web and mobile applications using JavaScript, Python, Java, HTML, and CSS.
• Quality & Delivery: Support timely and defect-free software deployments.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for software applications and APIs.
• Production Support: Support software in production environments and provide hot fixes when required.

Key Qualifications

• Programming: Familiarity with at least one programming language such as JavaScript, Java, PHP, or Python.
• Problem Solving: Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Work Environment: Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Learning: Eagerness to learn new technologies and develop technical skills.
