Role Summary

Michael Page is recruiting a Gen AI Specialist on behalf of a leading energy and natural resources organization specializing in renewable energy solutions in Pune. In this role, you will develop and implement advanced analytics models, deploy AI tools to improve operational efficiency, analyze large operational datasets, and monitor/enhance the performance of AI-based systems driving sustainable energy practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Gen AI & Analytics Modeling: Develop and deploy advanced analytics models and AI tools tailored for renewable energy operations.
• Dataset Analysis & Insights: Analyze large datasets to uncover operational trends, pattern anomalies, and actionable data-driven solutions.
• System Performance & Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and enhance the performance of deployed AI-based systems.
• Stakeholder Reporting: Ensure strict accuracy and integrity across analytics processes while preparing detailed performance reports and technical presentations for cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Qualifications

• Education: Strong educational background in Data Science, Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• Mandatory Expertise: Hands-on proficiency in analytical tools, AI technologies, data science practices, and handling/analyzing large datasets.
• Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding or working knowledge of renewable energy systems and operational dynamics is preferred.
• Core Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving skills, continuous learning mindset, and effective communication skills to present findings clearly.
