Role Summary
London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is hiring a Senior Content Analyst to join its Exchange Traded Instruments (ETI) department in Bengaluru, Karnataka (Divyasree Technopolis). In this operational and analytical role, you will manage day-to-day business operations, process financial market content onto LSEG databases, deliver UAT testing for critical system releases, and resolve complex data queries from internal and external global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Content & Data Management: Accurately process, update, and maintain high-quality Exchange Traded Instruments (ETI) data on LSEG databases in a timely manner.
- Query Resolution & Stakeholder Liaison: Field, investigate, and resolve complex data queries from internal financial teams and external enterprise clients.
- Testing & Project Support: Lead and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts for core platform enhancements and system migration projects.
- Process Automation & Optimization: Proactively identify data discrepancies and implement SQL and Excel-based automation scripts to improve daily operational efficiency.
- Regulatory & Compliance Tracking: Stay aligned with international financial market conventions, market practices, and regulatory updates across relevant stock exchanges.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on proficiency in SQL query writing and advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis and validation.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial markets, stock exchanges, financial instruments, and market practices.
- Operational Flexibility: Excellent oral and written communication skills with the willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Nice to Have: Prior experience with UAT execution, automated data validation workflows, or financial data platforms (e.g., Refinitiv / Bloomberg).
