Graduate Apprentice Trainee - Supply Chain & Data Analytics

Role Summary

Kimberly-Clark is hiring a Graduate Apprentice Trainee (GAT) for its Sri City Mill facility. Designed for fresh engineering and data science graduates, this structured trainee program combines hands-on exposure to manufacturing operations, plant maintenance, and continuous improvement with data analytics support. You will build Power BI dashboards, transform raw operational data into actionable insights, and automate business reporting across cross-functional departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analytics & Power BI: Gather, clean, and transform multi-source operational data to develop data models, KPIs, and interactive Power BI dashboards.
• Manufacturing Operations Support: Support plant functions across production, maintenance (preventative, predictive, corrective), quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
• Reporting & Automation: Collaborate with departmental teams to capture reporting needs, ensure data accuracy, document data workflows, and support report automation.
• Equipment & Process Maintenance: Assist technical teams in maintaining equipment associated with product manufacturing, packaging, and distribution.

Key Qualifications

• Education: Recent Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related technical field.
• Experience: 0 to 1 year (Fresh Graduates / Apprentices).
• Mandatory Technical Stack: Hands-on familiarity with Power BI, data cleaning/transformation tools, basic data modeling, chart/KPI visualization, and MS Excel.
• Core Competencies: Analytical problem-solving, strong attention to data consistency, teamwork, and effective communication skills.
