Role Summary
Kavi Software Technologies Private Limited is seeking a Learning & Development Intern to support workforce learning programs through data analytics, digital tools, content curation, and program operations. The role is designed for an MBA graduate or final-year candidate interested in gaining hands-on experience in enterprise talent development, HR analytics, virtual learning, and global L&D operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Research: Research emerging industry skills, leadership frameworks, and Learning & Development best practices to support relevant learning programs.
- AI-Assisted Content: Use generative AI and digital tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Canva to develop micro-learning guides, job aids, and presentation materials.
- Analytics & Reporting: Consolidate training survey results, attendance records, and assessment scores using Excel or Power BI to support L&D dashboards and reporting.
- Data Quality: Audit regional LMS records and track learner Net Promoter Scores to identify trends and support accurate management reporting.
- Virtual Program Support: Co-facilitate global virtual training sessions using Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams, including technical setup, breakout rooms, and live Q&A.
- Program Coordination: Manage training schedules, calendar invitations, asynchronous communications, training calendars, and centralized knowledge repositories across multiple time zones.
- Vendor Operations: Assist with training vendor sourcing, RFP collection, cost comparison, purchase order tracking, and administrative workflows.
- Project Support: Track timelines and coordinate operational activities for global learning initiatives while maintaining accurate documentation.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Recent MBA graduate or final-year MBA candidate, preferably specializing in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or General Management.
- Experience: 0–1 year of experience; suitable for fresh graduates and candidates entering Learning & Development.
- Core Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUP, along with Microsoft PowerPoint and data reporting.
- Analytics: Ability to work with training data, survey results, attendance records, assessment scores, learner NPS, and dashboards using Excel or Power BI.
- Generative AI: Comfortable using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Canva for research and content development.
- Program Tools: Familiarity with Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Notion, SharePoint, or similar collaboration and knowledge-management platforms is beneficial.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and time zones.
- Professional Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, strong organizational skills, and genuine interest in adult learning and organizational development.
