Role Summary
Infosys Limited is hiring a Technology Analyst for its FINACLE unit in Bengaluru. In this role, you will develop and maintain internal tools, utilities, and engineering platforms using Python. You will create scripts for system management, data processing, and reporting, build CLI and web-based tools to improve workflows, and integrate custom solutions with APIs, databases, and cloud services.
Key Responsibilities
- Python Tooling & Utilities: Develop and maintain internal engineering tools, CLI applications, and web-based platforms using Python.
- Automation & Scripting: Create automation scripts for system management, data processing, reporting, and application support workflows.
- Integrations & Enhancements: Integrate tools with APIs, databases, cloud services, and third-party software while troubleshooting and enhancing existing scripts.
- Code Quality & Optimization: Ensure high code quality through unit testing, peer code reviews, and clear documentation while optimizing tool performance, reliability, and scalability.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech), BSc, BCA, MCA, MSc, or MTech.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional software development and scripting experience.
- Mandatory Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, script development, CLI/web tool development, API integrations, and database operations.
- Preferred Technical Exposure: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes container platforms and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
- Core Competencies: Strong problem-solving capabilities, cross-team collaboration, and focus on code optimization.
