Role Summary
Infosys Limited is hiring a Java/.Net Fullstack Developer for its Application Development and Maintenance service line in Bengaluru, Karnataka. In this end-to-end software development role, you will analyze user requirements, design system architecture, and build efficient, maintainable full-stack applications using Java or .NET backends alongside modern front-end frameworks like Angular and React. You will write clean code, design database schemas, optimize application performance, and resolve development and production bugs across environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Full Stack Engineering: Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable .NET / C# or Java backend solutions integrated with modern Angular / React web frontends.
- Requirements & Architecture: Analyze user stories, envision system features, establish architectural design patterns, and prioritize development goals across the product lifecycle.
- Database Design & Optimization: Construct optimized SQL Server database schemas, write efficient complex queries, and implement object-relational mapping (Entity Framework).
- Testing & Bug Resolution: Implement automated unit test frameworks, conduct root-cause analysis for system bottlenecks, and troubleshoot development/production bugs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in agile technical reviews, maintain comprehensive code documentation, and coordinate effectively with remote global project teams.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech), MCA, M.Sc, or M.Tech in Computer Science or related engineering disciplines.
- Experience: 3 to 15 years of progressive hands-on software development experience in Java or .NET ecosystem.
- Core Technical Stack: Deep technical mastery in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Java, Angular (Angular 2+), React, SQL Server, and Entity Framework.
- Engineering Practices: Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, microservices/architectural patterns, and unit testing practices.
- Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with willingness/flexibility for project travel as needed.
