Role Summary
InfoBeans is seeking a mid-level ServiceNow Project Engineer - OT Compliance & Systems Integration for a 6-month remote contract engagement aligned with Europe time zone working hours. In this role, you will collaborate directly with the Sector OT Service and Solutions Manager to execute global Operational Technology (OT) inventory tracking and compliance workflows. You will lead system registration within LeanIX and ServiceNow, perform GxP and data classification reviews, and partner daily with international manufacturing plants to maintain robust governance and visibility across industrial systems.
Key Responsibilities
- ServiceNow & Architecture Management: Register and maintain Service Offerings and Service Instances in ServiceNow, ensuring technical characteristics and OT dependencies are documented accurately.
- Application Governance via LeanIX: Manage enterprise application portfolios within LeanIX, validating architectural boundaries, interfaces, and system ownership.
- GxP & Information Compliance: Execute compliance classification reviews covering GxP applicability, corporate data retention policies, and information sensitivity tiers across industrial sites.
- Site Engagement & Coordination: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for international site engineers, conducting reviews, closing compliance gaps, and gathering operational evidence.
- Data Analytics & Progress Reporting: Leverage MS Excel and SharePoint to build operational status trackers, activity planning schedules, and executive compliance dashboards.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of professional experience implementing, supporting, or auditing Operational Technology (OT) systems and industrial environments (3+ years with a Bachelor's, or 5+ years for specialized academic profiles).
- Core Stack: Hands-on proficiency with ServiceNow (Service Offerings/Instances), LeanIX, Excel data analysis, SharePoint, and core IT/OT integration architectures.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of industrial network layers, Computer System Validation (CSV) principles, GxP regulations, and ITIL-aligned service management.
- Shift & Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication for daily end-user interactions, with availability to work aligned with European operational hours.
