Role Summary
InfoBeans is seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Engineer (Python & React) for a hands-on contractor engagement based out of our engineering hubs (Bengaluru, Pune, Chennai, Vadodara, or Indore) in a hybrid model. In this senior individual-contributor role, you will take complete end-to-end ownership of enterprise-grade web applications and microservices—from relational database modeling through backend API engineering to polished UI development. You will architect scalable systems, navigate ambiguous project constraints, and leverage modern developer tools (including AI-assisted development and agentic frameworks) to deliver production-ready software.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Feature Ownership: Lead the full software development lifecycle: design relational data schemas, build high-throughput backend APIs, and develop modular user interfaces with minimal supervision.
- Backend & API Architecture: Build, secure, and optimize production-grade RESTful web services in Python using FastAPI or Flask, following OpenAPI specifications.
- Frontend Engineering: Develop responsive, performant user interfaces leveraging modern JavaScript (ES6+), React, component-driven design, and state management frameworks.
- Database Design & Performance: Architect relational schemas (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server), write complex queries, optimize indexing strategies, and eliminate performance bottlenecks.
- Modern Tooling & Proactive Delivery: Drive engineering standards utilizing Git, Docker containerization, unit/integration testing suites, and explore Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, ADK) and AI-assisted workflows.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 10+ years of solid hands-on software engineering experience delivering production web applications and distributed architectures.
- Core Stack: Advanced proficiency in Python (FastAPI/Flask), modern JavaScript (async/await, closures), React, and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server).
- Nice to Have: Hands-on experience with AI-assisted developer workflows (Claude Code), Agentic AI systems (LangGraph, ADK), Electron-based desktop apps, and containerized CI/CD pipelines.
- Behavioral Competencies: High ownership mentality, proactive communication, upfront requirement clarification, and the ability to work transparently without operational silos.
