Role Summary
Infineon Technologies is hiring a Young Graduate Trainee for its Research & Development team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will develop firmware for Bluetooth validation and automation platforms, create test scripts using C and Python, execute functional validation for next-generation wireless products, and troubleshoot embedded firmware and microcontroller systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Firmware Development & Validation: Develop C and Python firmware scripts for Bluetooth testing, validation platforms, and automated test environments.
- Test Automation & Tooling: Design and deploy automated test frameworks, utilities, and scripts to enhance validation efficiency for wireless products.
- System Debugging & Troubleshooting: Investigate, debug, and resolve firmware, microcontroller, and validation issues in close collaboration with development teams.
- Environment Maintenance: Support the deployment, configuration, and continuous maintenance of R&D testing environments and hardware setups.
Key Qualifications
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
- Experience: 0 to 1 Year (Recent Graduates / Freshers).
- Mandatory Technical Stack: Strong programming fundamentals in C and Python, basic understanding of Bluetooth and wireless communication, microcontroller fundamentals, and software debugging techniques.
- Preferred Technical Exposure: Experience with academic projects in IoT or embedded systems, RTOS concepts, device drivers, Linux environments, Git, and serial protocols (UART, SPI, I2C).
- Core Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving skills and effective written and verbal communication.
