Role Summary
Huron Consulting Group is hiring an entry-level Associate Consultant - Analytics (Oracle Analyst) to join our enterprise solutions team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India (Outer Ring Road, Hybrid). In this role, you will support the implementation, customization, data migration, and optimization of Oracle ERP applications. You will collect and organize large datasets, build analytical reporting models, design interactive dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional consulting and client teams to enable digital and operational transformations.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Hygiene: Extract, clean, validate, and structure large datasets across enterprise systems for downstream reporting and analytics.
- Requirements Gathering & Reporting: Partner with functional consultants and client teams to understand business requirements and author customized Oracle reports.
- Dashboard & BI Development: Build dashboards, business reports, and visual metrics using Microsoft Excel, SQL, Python, R, or Oracle BI tools (FDI, OAC, BIP).
- Integration & Data Migration: Support system integrations, enterprise data migrations, and automated reporting initiatives.
- Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain technical specifications, standard operating procedures, and process improvement documentation.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on emerging Oracle technologies, analytics platforms, and enterprise methodologies to continuously enhance solution capabilities.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (2025–2026 Batch preferred).
- Academic Eligibility: Consistent academic record with a minimum of 60% or equivalent CGPA across all educational qualifications (55% or equivalent for Maharashtra-based candidates).
- Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers with strong academic and project experience are encouraged to apply).
- Core Technical Skills: Foundational knowledge of SQL, DBMS/RDBMS, data reporting tools (Excel, Access), and fundamental Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Preferred Capabilities: Familiarity with Data Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, OAC), Data Integration tools (Informatica, MuleSoft, Talend, ODI), or programming in Python/R.
