Role Summary
Hitachi Energy is seeking an experienced BI Data Analysis professional to support sales operations, business intelligence, and data-driven decision-making within its Transformer Business Unit. The role focuses on Salesforce CRM, Power BI dashboards, sales data quality, automation, reporting, and continuous improvement of sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Salesforce CRM: Manage Salesforce CRM activities including user administration, account management, sales dashboards, reporting, and data analytics.
- Data Quality: Ensure sales data quality and drive continuous data improvement initiatives across the organization.
- BI Reporting: Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for Business Development, Finance, and other business functions.
- Automation: Lead automation initiatives using Power Apps and identify opportunities to automate dashboards and reporting processes.
- Business Solutions: Develop and maintain Power Apps and SharePoint solutions supporting sales operations and business processes.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and continuously improve sales processes across the Transformer Business Unit.
- RPA: Identify and implement opportunities for robotic process automation within the business unit.
- Sales Analytics: Support sales KPI reporting, win/loss analysis, lessons learned, pricing trends, margin analysis, and order-intake planning.
- Market Development: Monitor market development programs, vertical sales initiatives, portfolio campaigns, and pricing enhancements.
- Business Partnership: Collaborate with segment leaders and Business Development teams to address critical business and segment requirements.
Key Qualifications
- Professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or sales operations analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM administration, reporting, and sales data management.
- Strong experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Experience with Power Apps and SharePoint-based business solutions.
- Understanding of sales data quality, KPIs, reporting, and business analytics.
- Experience identifying process inefficiencies and implementing automation or process improvements.
- Knowledge of pricing, margin, sales performance, and market development analytics is valuable.
- Ability to collaborate with Business Development, Finance, segment leaders, and other stakeholders.
- Experience with RPA and Power Automate is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous-improvement mindset.
