Role Summary
Hexaware is seeking a System Analyst – Supply Chain to support technology initiatives within the manufacturing domain. The role focuses on analyzing business and system requirements, translating requirements into technology solutions, investigating process inefficiencies, and supporting system implementations and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- System Analysis: Analyze system problems, define requirements, and develop appropriate solutions for manufacturing projects.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery teams to understand, document, and analyze requirements.
- Business Analysis: Evaluate business procedures and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data, investigate issues and inefficiencies, and recommend effective solutions.
- Solution Design: Translate business requirements into product and solution features.
- System Enhancements: Gather and document detailed requirements for system enhancements and new implementations.
- Testing & Validation: Conduct testing and validate system changes and enhancements for accuracy, reliability, and compliance with business requirements.
- Manufacturing Expertise: Apply knowledge of manufacturing processes and stay updated on industry trends, practices, and technologies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a functional manufacturing domain SME during business and solution discussions.
Key Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst in the manufacturing domain.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, procurement, logistics, and sales and distribution.
- Knowledge of presales processes is valuable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Basic technical skills with an interest in continuously developing technical capabilities.
- Ability to identify problems across the manufacturing value chain and recommend effective solutions.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
