Role Summary
Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is hiring a Fullstack Developer (Network Performance, Automation & AI/ML) for its engineering hub in Bengaluru, Karnataka. In this onsite role, you will join the Network Performance Monitoring, Automation & AI/ML engineering division to build scalable user interfaces and high-performance software solutions used globally. You will implement AI/ML-driven analytics to automate network event correlation and remediation, design predictive maintenance models, and write clean, distributed backend services that power network management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Full Stack & UI Engineering: Design, develop, and optimize high-performance frontend interfaces and backend workflows for real-time network monitoring and performance management.
- AI/ML Integration & Automation: Implement AI/ML-driven models and intelligent analytics for automated network event detection, anomaly correlation, and predictive maintenance.
- Distributed Systems Development: Write scalable, reliable backend software using Python or Go, integrating with databases, networking infrastructure, and operating systems.
- Quality & Developer Tooling: Leverage modern AI development tools (such as GitHub Copilot), conduct peer code reviews, and participate in automated test creation.
- Deployment & CI/CD: Collaborate on containerizing microservices and establishing automated deployment workflows using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s (BE/B.Tech) or Master’s (MS/M.Tech) degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of professional software engineering experience in full-stack development, UI engineering, or distributed systems.
- Programming Proficiency: Hands-on proficiency in frontend UI frameworks alongside backend development in Python, Go, or other object-oriented languages.
- Technical Fundamentals: Solid foundation in networking concepts, distributed systems, operating system principles, and database management.
- Nice to Have: Hands-on familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenStack, network monitoring tools, GitHub Copilot, and automation tools (Ansible, Helm, Jenkins).
