Role Summary
HCLTech is hiring a Senior Developer - Spring Boot, React.js, Java for its Bengaluru office. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and implement full-stack enterprise solutions using Spring Boot for backend services and React.js for interactive user interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship new features, troubleshoot existing systems, write RESTful APIs, and maintain high code responsiveness and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Stack Development: Design and build high-quality web applications using Spring Boot, Java, and React.js.
- Feature Implementation & API Design: Develop RESTful web services and APIs while shipping new software capabilities per stakeholder requirements.
- System Optimization & Maintenance: Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing enterprise systems to ensure optimal functionality and responsiveness.
- Code Reviews & Quality: Participate in peer code reviews, giving and receiving constructive feedback to maintain coding standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
Key Qualifications
- Education & Experience: Relevant degree in Computer Science, IT, or engineering streams with senior-level hands-on software development experience.
- Mandatory Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Java, Spring Boot framework, React.js, RESTful API design, SQL/NoSQL databases, and Git version control.
- Preferred Credentials: Relevant professional certifications in Spring Boot, React.js, or Java are a plus.
- Core Competencies: Strong analytical problem-solving skills and effective teamwork and communication abilities.
