Role Summary
Google Cloud is hiring a Cloud AI Engineer, Technical Onboarding Center across its major India offices in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Gurgaon. In this strategic technical leadership role, you will guide C-suite executives and enterprise architects at strategic global accounts through the onboarding, architectural design, and production deployment of Gemini Enterprise and Google Cloud’s Agentic AI suite. You will design resilient, enterprise-grade AI agent architectures, build Python-based microservices, optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and shape Google’s AI product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise AI Solution Delivery: Lead global implementations of Gemini Enterprise and Agent Development Kits (ADKs) to deploy production-grade autonomous agents and generative AI solutions.
- Executive & C-Suite Technical Advisory: Serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise C-level executives, defining Generative AI roadmaps and accelerating AI adoption.
- Architecture & RAG Integration: Design resilient Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and securely connect LLMs with disparate legacy enterprise data systems and cloud pipelines.
- Product & Engineering Feedback: Bridge customer engineering requirements with Google Cloud Product Engineering teams to influence Gemini and Agentic AI platform capabilities.
- AI Governance & Security: Establish LLM guardrails, data sovereignty standards, and AI security frameworks compliant with global data privacy regulations.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 6+ years in software engineering, enterprise cloud architecture, or technical consulting, including 3+ years specifically deploying Generative AI applications, LLMs, or autonomous agents.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, tiered microservice deployments, production cloud infrastructure, and enterprise data lake/pipeline architectures.
- Preferred Expertise: Demonstrated experience with multimodal AI models, distributed RAG frameworks, LLM governance, or published research/patents in Generative AI.
