Role Summary
Fujitsu Global is hiring a Microsoft Entra ID Security Specialist (Senior SME) across its major technology centers in India. In this role, you will implement, configure, and manage enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) architectures using Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD). You will be responsible for enforcing Zero Trust security principles, managing hybrid identities, configuring Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and automating administrative tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph APIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identity Architecture & Security: Implement and manage Microsoft Entra ID architecture, including authentication, authorization, Conditional Access policies, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Passwordless authentication.
- Hybrid Identity & SSO: Support hybrid identity synchronization using Active Directory, Entra Connect, and Cloud Sync. Lead application onboarding and Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
- Identity Governance & Access Control: Manage Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Access Reviews, and Entitlement Management while defining Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models.
- Automation & Tooling: Automate identity lifecycle workflows and security administration tasks using PowerShell scripts and Microsoft Graph APIs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with security, infrastructure, and application teams to implement Zero Trust frameworks and maintain compliance across cloud endpoints.
Key Qualifications
- Core Experience: 7 to 8 years of dedicated IAM experience, with at least 5 years focused specifically on Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD environments.
- Technical Mastery: Advanced hands-on expertise in Entra ID, Active Directory, PIM, Conditional Access, MFA, Identity Governance, and cloud security architectures.
- Scripting & APIs: Strong proficiency in PowerShell automation and Microsoft Graph API integrations.
- Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300) is strongly preferred; SC-100 or AZ-500 certifications are desirable.
