Role Summary
EY is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer specializing in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) to design, develop, and maintain identity governance and access management solutions. The role focuses on automated provisioning, system integrations, compliance management, and CI/CD deployments across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- SailPoint Development: Design, develop, and maintain connectors, custom workflows, rules, and APIs in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Identity Lifecycle Management: Implement automated user provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
- System Integration: Integrate SailPoint IIQ with LDAP-based directories, web services, SAP, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Module Configuration: Configure Lifecycle Manager and Compliance Manager to meet business and compliance requirements.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve integration and configuration issues across multi-environment IAM landscapes.
- CI/CD Deployments: Contribute to deployment pipelines using GitHub and Jenkins.
- Access Governance: Apply IAM principles, including role-based access control, access reviews, and policy management.
- Infrastructure Support: Work with Windows/Linux operating systems, relational databases, and application hosting frameworks.
- Release Collaboration: Support agile development and release cycles while adapting to changing operational demands.
Key Qualifications
- 3–10+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ core development experience, including workflows and rules or equivalent components.
- At least 2 years of proficiency in Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
- Experience with identity provisioning, de-provisioning, and enterprise system integrations.
- Understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems, relational databases, and application hosting frameworks.
- Knowledge of RBAC, access reviews, and identity governance policies.
- Experience with GitHub and Jenkins for CI/CD deployments.
- Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, identity providers, HR systems, databases, and enterprise applications is desirable.
- Knowledge of SailPoint IdentityNow, Saviynt, or Microsoft Entra ID Governance is an advantage.
- SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer or other IAM product certifications are desirable.
