Role Summary
EY is hiring an STS Cross-Function Reporting Analyst for its Security Technology Services (STS) & Information Security division in Bengaluru, Karnataka. In this data analytics role, you will analyze enterprise security tools data, build interactive Power BI dashboards, and maintain metrics across Azure Cloud platforms (Azure Sentinel, Azure Security Center, Azure Monitor). You will deliver actionable insights, track ITIL compliance, and provide executive reporting to mitigate operational and cyber risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Security Data Analytics & Reporting: Extract, transform, and analyze security tool telemetry to develop executive dashboards, security metrics, and ad-hoc analytics reports.
- Power BI & Cloud Data Engineering: Model data sources using Power BI (DAX), Azure Data Explorer, Azure Synapse Analytics, Log Analytics, and Azure Data Factory to automate visualization pipelines.
- Security Operations & ITIL Governance: Monitor security performance indicators, support ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change management), and track compliance across enterprise security applications.
- Stakeholder Management & Storytelling: Translate complex security datasets into actionable business narratives for cross-functional security leaders and global business units.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 5 to 7 years of IT data analytics experience in global enterprise environments.
- Mandatory Technical Stack: Advanced Power BI (DAX), Azure Security Tools (Azure Security Center, Azure Sentinel, Azure Monitor), Azure Data Services (Synapse, Data Factory, Data Explorer), Python (Pandas/NumPy), and SQL.
- Preferred Technical Exposure: PowerShell scripting, REST API integration, Azure SQL ETL management, and ITIL framework certifications.
- Work Setup: Full-time position based at the EY Bengaluru office.
