Python Full Stack Developer - Tax Staff (TTT)

Role Summary

EY is hiring a Python Full Stack Developer - Tax Staff (TTT) for its Tax Technology and Transformation division in Gurugram (Gurgaon), Haryana. In this full-stack and AI software engineering role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable web applications and data pipelines using Python, Django, and Flask. You will integrate NLP models, OCR document extraction tools, and Azure-hosted OpenAI Large Language Models (LLMs) while managing MLOps and CI/CD deployment pipelines on Microsoft Azure.

Key Responsibilities

• Full Stack & API Development: Build and maintain scalable enterprise web applications and microservices using Python, Django, and Flask.
• Data Science & Document AI: Leverage Pandas, NumPy, NLP libraries (NLTK/SpaCy), and OCR tools to extract, structure, and analyze complex document data.
• AI & MLOps Integration: Design and deploy machine learning/deep learning models on Azure, incorporating OpenAI LLM APIs and managing continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Software Engineering & Best Practices: Conduct code reviews, ensure clean architecture, enforce unit testing, and collaborate across Agile development teams.

Key Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Experience: 2 to 6 years of hands-on Python development experience across full-stack applications and data/AI integration workflows.
• Mandatory Technical Stack: Python, Django/Flask, Pandas, NumPy, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Microsoft Azure, MLOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Preferred Technical Exposure: Azure OpenAI LLM integration, OCR engines (Tesseract/Azure Form Recognizer), Docker containerization, Git, NLTK, and SpaCy.
• Work Setup: Full-time position based in Gurugram, Haryana.
