Role Summary
EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is hiring a Project RISE - Learning Deployment Specialist Intern for its Enablement Services division in Bengaluru, Karnataka. In this internship role, you will support learning deployment and account operations by tracking budgets, managing invoicing and billings, preparing analytical reports and dashboards for leadership, and serving as a central point of contact for engagement workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting & Analytics: Assist in building and updating reporting dashboards and tracking metrics for client engagement teams and senior leadership.
- Operations & Financial Coordination: Support engagement tracking regarding fees, invoicing, billing administration, and budget tracking.
- Engagement Management: Serve as a central point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring client documentation is systematically archived and quality-reviewed.
- Process Improvement: Review working papers and client processes to suggest ideas for improving engagement productivity and operational efficiency.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers / Students / Interns eligible).
- Mandatory Skills: Strong numerical and analytical ability, proficiency in MS Excel, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and high attention to detail.
- Preferred Exposure: Familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI), project management basics, and financial coordination/billing processes.
- Work Setup: Internship based at EY GDS in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
