Role Summary
EXL is hiring an Associate - Back-End / Data Entry (Complex Transaction Processing) for its Noida (Sector C59) office. In this role, you will perform high-volume Accounts Payable (AP) invoice processing, execute two-way and three-way invoice matching routines, and maintain financial transactional accuracy using key accounting principles and Advanced MS Excel tools within a Shared Service environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoice & Transaction Processing: Execute complex data entry and accounts payable transactions, validating two-way and three-way invoice matching workflows.
- Financial Data Accuracy: Apply fundamental accounting principles to identify discrepancies, reconcile billing statements, and ensure high data integrity.
- Excel Reporting & Maintenance: Leverage Advanced MS Excel functions to process, organize, and analyze high-volume transactional datasets efficiently.
- Shared Services Operations: Collaborate closely with internal finance teams in a fast-paced shared services setup to clear processing bottlenecks promptly.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Minimum requirement of a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree.
- Experience: Freshers (0 years) up to 3 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, Back-End Data Entry, or Shared Services processing.
- Core Skills: Strong knowledge of basic accounting procedures, advanced MS Excel capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and adaptability within a collaborative team structure.
