Role Summary
DXC Technology is hiring a Senior AI Engineer (Generative AI) for its Data Sciences unit in Bengaluru (with multi-location flexibility across major India delivery hubs). In this advanced technical role, you will architect and deploy scalable, cost-effective Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions on Microsoft Azure. You will leverage modern multi-agent frameworks (AutoGen, LangGraph, MS Agent SDK, MCP), fine-tune large language and autoregressive models, build agentic memory systems, and deploy containerized microservices using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
Key Responsibilities
- Generative AI & Agentic Solutions: Architect and implement end-to-end Generative AI applications, fine-tuning large language/autoregressive models for complex synthesis, text, and multimodal workflows.
- Multi-Agent Orchestration: Design and orchestrate multi-agent workflows and autonomous frameworks using AutoGen, LangGraph, MS Agent SDK, A2A, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Cloud & Distributed Architecture: Design resilient, distributed, containerized AI solutions using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) aligned with Azure AI standards.
- Prompt Engineering & Fine-Tuning: Build advanced prompt pipelines, implement memory concepts, and optimize LLMs via fine-tuning and retrieval mechanisms.
- Azure AI Services Integration: Deploy enterprise AI workloads using Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure Databricks.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of software development experience with 7+ years in Python, alongside 2 to 3 years dedicated strictly to Generative AI design.
- Agentic Frameworks: 1 to 2 years of hands-on build experience with AutoGen, LangGraph, MS Agent SDK, multi-agent orchestration, and MCP.
- Cloud & DevOps: 3 to 5 years of Azure cloud services experience (Azure ML, Cognitive Services, Databricks, AKS) and microservices containerization.
- Nice to Have: Production experience with custom memory modules, multi-agent communication protocols, and complex LLM evaluation pipelines.
