Role Summary
DXC Technology is hiring an Analyst I - Infrastructure Services in Bengaluru. In this role, you will provide technical support across IT infrastructure systems, perform system monitoring, execute routine troubleshooting, and contribute to infrastructure delivery projects under supervision. You will document incident logs and collaborate with cross-functional support teams to ensure stable operational performance aligned with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Support: Provide L1/L2 technical support in IT infrastructure operations, addressing operational challenges and fulfilling service tasks.
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Participate in regular system monitoring, identifying performance anomalies and conducting basic troubleshooting for infrastructure systems.
- Project Support: Contribute to infrastructure implementation tasks and ongoing technology upgrades under team supervision.
- Documentation & Logging: Assist in generating and updating technical infrastructure documentation, incident logs, and resolution records.
- Best Practices & Compliance: Apply structured problem-solving methodologies and follow established enterprise best practices and service standards.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant technical field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure support and technology analysis.
- Core Competencies: Solid understanding of IT infrastructure systems, basic network/server troubleshooting, data analysis, and documentation habits.
- Desirable Certifications: Relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCENT, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are a definite plus.
