Role Summary
Deloitte USI is hiring a Growth - Analyst within its Global Consulting Services practice in Hyderabad, Telangana. In this strategic operational role, you will work directly with leadership to execute high-impact strategic initiatives, perform quantitative/qualitative data analysis, streamline reporting processes, and build interactive dashboards to drive organizational growth and operational excellence. This role follows a hybrid schedule (minimum 2 days/week from office) with US/Global aligned working hours (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST).
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Project Execution: Conduct data-driven research, synthesize outcomes, and develop structured hypotheses and storyboards to provide actionable recommendations for global leadership.
- Business Intelligence & Dashboarding: Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau, write/edit Excel Macros, and automate operational reporting workflows.
- Project Management & PMO: Support PMO tasks, organize global stakeholder meetings, manage project timelines across multiple workstreams, and streamline cross-border communication.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Prepare high-visibility leadership communications and partner with cross-functional teams to align global consulting strategic priorities.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business, Management, Strategy, or a quantitative field.
- Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Market Research.
- Mandatory Technical Stack: Advanced Excel (Macros/VBA), Power BI, Tableau, Storyboarding, Data Modeling, and Project Management frameworks.
- Preferred Exposure: Prior experience with tier-1 consulting firms or corporate strategy teams, SharePoint management, and virtual stakeholder management.
- Work Setup: Hybrid work model (at least 2 days a week in the Hyderabad office) with 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST working hours.
